Administrators Falling Pizza Posted June 9, 2007 Administrators Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 When we were first writing the scrolls of the card trade system, we decided that ANYONE who does not send the cards, or even if they claim the cards were lost in the mail, they would be banned. From the card trade rules: 5. The trader and the purchaser must confirm that the transaction went smoothly, if it does not the trader with the card is banned and forever shamed and put on the list of internet scammers and fraudsters where they will be mocked till the end of time. Administrators Falling Pizza Posted June 9, 2007 Administrators Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 Falling, silverboy's been inactive for quite a while Yes, but I think a ban is necessary, just because it's in the rule books. Get what I'm saying? I mean, he scammed me out of almost $200. I think the same applies to NP Sage.....

Shaco
i have a feeling npsage is making this up but who knows. lets give him the benefit of the doubt for now. Silverboy scammed a lot of people, he tried to scam me out of about $30 worth of cards
NP Sage
Actually this just proves that among the many differences we all have something in common. We all got scammed by the SAME guy!
Administrators Falling Pizza Posted June 9, 2007 Administrators Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 So we can clearly come to a consensus that Silverboy should be permantently banned, no questions about it. NP Sage has tried to scam 3 people (myself, yugiohmasta, ans MY 6 YEAR OLD BROTHER). Regardless if "all 3 sets of cards were lost in the mail," as he claims, the 5th law states that any unsuccessful trades will be punished with a permanent ban. NP Sage
Masta I assume were lost in the mail. You when did a trade go bad with you?your brother...I diden't send the cards to your brother because i took the binder to a tournament an it got a soda spilled on it and I figured you would rather have the points back than a sticky card while I tried to et restitution. reason it took so long is I figured I could them relatively fast on Ebay. Guess not
Administrators Falling Pizza Posted June 9, 2007 Administrators Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 Ahh, you're right, no trades were unsuccessful with myself my apologies. Masta I assume were lost in the mail. I'm sorry, but this still warrants a ban according to the 5th law. your brother...I diden't send the cards to your brother because i took the binder to a tournament an it got a soda spilled on it and I figured you would rather have the points back than a sticky card while I tried to et restitution. reason it took so long is I figured I could them relatively fast on Ebay. Guess not Why would you bring his cards to a tournament after he had already traded for them? That was careless and reckless of you, and exhibits what could happen in future trades. I had to put up with my brother crying because of that..........why? You also didn't respond to my PM's and my brothers regarding that. It seemed as if you were trying to avoid the situation to keep the points. That's what you did, untill I made a post in general about it.
Shaco
Not accusing anyone of anything but if you assume NP Sage is lying about them getting lost in the mail, then an assumption can be made that you are just saying that to get NP Sage banned. Administrators Falling Pizza Posted June 9, 2007 Administrators Report Share Posted June 9, 2007 but if you assume NP Sage is lying about them getting lost in the mail, then an assumption can be made that you are just saying that to get NP Sage banned. Why would I want to get NP Sage banned? I mean seriously, we have a long history together on this forum. The only reason I want him banned is to protect from more unsuccesful trades. BTW, I've traded with people I hate WAY more than NP Sage, and I said every time that I recieved the cards if I did And anyways, the 5th law states that if I can't confirm that I recieved the cards, a permanent ban is warranted.
