Dark Magician's Army

Even though it has a Dark Magician Theme, I see it as a bit more centered around Spellcasters. Either way, I'd still like you to rate it.

It's all right, but there are some cards I really do not like here.

I don't care how "good" you say Reverse Trap is; it certainly isn't a staple, especially since the game hasn't been about "lol atk pts" for a long time. More importantly, it has no synergy with your deck, since you have no effects that reduce your; in fact, it works directly against your Injection Fairy Lily and Silent Magician LV4 and your side-decked Axe of Despair and Mage Power. Something like Shrink will work a lot more consistently; many opponents won't even include stat-altering cards in their deck (the one you're most likely to run into is Divine Sword Phoenix Blade, and its 300 ATK boost isn't the reason that DDT uses it). Make a deck that can actually benefit from its effect without relying on situational moves that the opponent makes, and running it is fine; as it is, however, it's useless.

I'm also not fond of the monster selection. Many of the choices seem really random, such as Silent Magician LV4 (again, the game isn't about ATK anymore). The Familiar-Possessed monsters are also really random; they are exactly like Skilled Dark Magician, except with less ATK and no usable effect, and they're also like Gemini Elf, except with less ATK and without the Birthright-compatibility. Also, Old Vindictive maindecked but Apprentice Magicians stuck in the side deck? I'd advise taking out some of the random monsters and replacing them with an Apprentice engine or something.

Finally, Magic Cylinder is only useful in a Burn deck. Sakuretsu Armor is inferior to Dimensional Prison. Unless the opponent randomly decides to declare an attack with Treeborn Frog, both are inferior to Mirror Force.
