This is treated as a Special Summon. This Monsters ATK and DEF may not return to their original levels after this effect is activated. If this effect is used again then they lose 100 ATK and DEF from the amount they had after being Special Summoned due to it's effect. This monsters ATK and DEF return to their normal states if this card is returned to your hand.
