2 Level 1 Monsters - possibly useful for Rk 1's

An idea for this card is to increase the stats, but i didnt do that while i was making it... yet

I made these with Xyz's in mind, giving them sort of stall and/or attacking-type of effects... and though im unsure on exactly how well they turned out, they seem pretty useful, to me anyway... Which is also why I like feedback, especially about their effects and stats... Then again, any and all feedback is appreciated, because I want to make sure these cards can be their best (lol)... Thanks in advance, and i hope you all enjoy and like the cards ^_^

You mean like Hyperion? Only Hyperion's an actual beatstick. This isn't.

Shining Bait is good because lvl 1 fish. That's it.

Slayer wastes resouces for no real gain. If you want lvl 1 Xyz to be more playable, you need more lvl 1 spam, not lvl 1s that have the possibility to stay on the field longer.

for Bait, the damage isn't the main gain, the monster destruction part is, and it's not broken since the drop to 0 only lasts 1 turn

for Slayer though, to prevent it from being destroyed is fine, though in terms of counters, since you said it can hold a max of 3, that should be limited to only once per turn and not as many as you want if you've got the counters to spare
