Chthonain Polymer

Dreadful card. The only Deck that you would even remotely see a Fusion in anymore is E-Heroes, and not many cards are even worth taking from them, considering Absolute Zero's effect still blows your field up. :/

Unless, of course, if you use it, you might win from the opponent either ragequitting YuGiOh altogether or by him laughing so hard he is incapable of dueling.

Opponent using Chaos/Disaster Dragons uses FuFu, you MST FuFu. Then opponent uses Dragon's Mirror to FS FGD. You activate this and steal their FGD.

... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... okay, where are the crosshairs that are supposed to be on my head at this point?

Doesn't MST stop FuFu from dumping the Dragons if you chain it? Unless you want your opponent to add 3 Boss Dragons from Eclipse Wyverns?

Does this card stop instant fusion.instant fusion states when you use the card it is treated as a fusion summon so lets say I use instant fusion and summon a level 5 fusion and my opponent plays this does the fusion change control.
[/quote]

Yes.

This card is activated when your opponent FUSION SUMMONS. Instant Fusion is treated as a FUSION SUMMON.

Why is everyone saying that HEROs are the only fusions decks. Are GKs REALLY getting ignored on YCM already?

Gem-Knights aren't really that common or competitively used, and DD Crow would be a more reliable Side option to banish Gem-Knight Fusion.

You forgot Glads as well.
Opponent: Summons Gyzarus. Activates eff to destroy monster and backrow.
You: Chain backrow, it's Chthonian Polymer, trib monster to get control of Gyzarus.

Situational though. I still want to see the look on someone's face if that happens to them.

I knew someone was going to say this. I should have explained immediately that this doesn't work.

Contact Fusions, including Glad Fusions, are NOT Fusion Summons. Polymer can only be used against Fusion Summons, not a Fusion monster being Special Summoned.

Except Gyzarus isn't a Fusion Summon, it's a Special Summon so it doesn't work. Edit: GDI evilfusion

Non-Fusion Area is a better side option than this against Heroes, and it's horrible. Gem-Knights aren't worth mentioning because they're not as good as the fanboys on YCM think they are.

Heroes also aren't common enough to warrant siding this of all cards, whatsoever.
