looks like a deck that topped a ocg tourny, let me find it
I based it off one I saw go like 3rd out of 18, so there's no evidence that makes it great.

But I loved the idea and edited it to fit my liking, and obviously TCG standards.

Also can you explain me the combos here?
since your using 5 monsters and miracle removes 2 of them how does this mainly work?
Shining returns them to hand when destroyed and sent to grave. Hero Blast constantly brings them back, I have 3 Alius so it's not like I banish 1 then they're gone for good.

Search power means I basically always have Alius at any given time. Which means Gemini Spark and Hero Blast abuse.

Skyscraper lets Alius and sometimes the fusions take out big monsters.

Skill Drain does nothing detrimental except make Stratos dead-ish, but that's within reason, since it shuts so much down.

It's Heroes so the rest is pretty obvious, the deck doesn't combo so much as control.

lol forgot about the shining
but may i suggest call of the haunted aswell?
also 1 or 2 raiohs mained wouldnt be too bad
Call isn't really ever necessary in Heroes, especially here when it can dead draw on occasion, especially with the amount of cards that can dead draw already.

To add Rai-oh I'd have to get rid of some S/Ts and the amount of utility they currently allows for makes me feel fine with it just sided.

Also, in a little testing deck destroyed Wind-Ups.... cool. Shame it only happened because I had Dustshoot turn 1.

I immediately thought of that OCG build.

Personally, I would either add Rai-Ohs or an extra 1 Captain Gold and 1 Skyscraper. Although, yeah, Rai-Ohs are just a tad iffy.

tbh, I'd be leaning more towards dropping the Gold and Skyscraper, but then I lose one of the best techs ever, but at more than 1 each it implies I'm not running my optimum s/t lineup. As soon as the Wind-Up hype dies down I'll probably test this a lot more.

What matchups do you side in Rai-Oh for?

What matchups do you not side in Rai-Oh for?
Generally I only ever go Rai-oh against Plants and Rabbit, otherwise I've just found that Skill Drain does the job better. While I understand they're the most common matchups, I haven't seen reason to take anything else out, especially since Rai-oh does nothing against Inzektors, and just generally doesn't do anything. He has no synergy with the deck, as searching is one of the deck's biggest priorities game 1 and I don't want to be unable to gain advantage purely because I don't have Skill Drain out, this is purely because of my playstyle. Game 2 and 3 makes Rai-oh a much better card because I know how and how fast my opponent is going to play, I know what cards they'll run and I can measure how effective it'll actually be.
