TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
This card cannot be Special Summoned. When you declare an attack with this card, it is not destroyed by that battle. After this card has attacked, return 1 monster on the field to the owner's hand after damage calculation. ragnarok1945
that last effect is really aggrivating, given that you may not want to keep this on the field very long (if it lasts that long to begin with) 1700 is decent for lv4. Not great, but it works I don't know, with the returning the monster from your side of the field given that, seems likely it'll ruin your hard to summon monsters too soon and all

"return 1 monster on the field to the owner's hand" means ANY card, not just cards you control. IMO, this effect states "This card can attack whichever monster it wants without being destroyed, AND I get to choose any monster you have on the field and put it back in your hand." Plus, for a Level 4 monster, not being able to Special Summon it isn't a big deal until it's destroyed, although cards like "Monster Reincarnation" make for easy loopholes. Idk, this card seems OP'd for me, but it can be fixed. Maybe, instead of "After this card has attacked", try "If this card destroys a monster by battle".
