Hopefully none of the effect is confusing, it's based off of having multiple effects on a single action... thus also receiving the name Multiform for its name...
i had trouble for some reason on making the stats for this card, hoping that if the controller wanted to upgrade its ATK, it wouldnt be terribly overpowered, but also unique, for a Rank 4... if anyone else has suggestions, or feedback, about the card, please let me know and comment... thanks in advance and i hope you like the card

Right now it's basically like Gem-Knight Pearl, except a gajillion times better. And that's not allowed.

I'd make it only be able to power 1 monster that isn't itself.

alright, thanks for the info... i see where youre coming from, so i nerfed the ATK (slightly, idk if more is needed to be taken off) and limited it to 1 monster... still having its multiple effects, including helping itself...

Actually, this can stay at 2450, but it should say "except this card".

personally I think you can allow this card to be included as well

after all, you just said all other monsters, you didn't say anything more specific than that

if you wanted to add in "except this card", you should have said something like all your other lv4 or lower monsters or something like that

well, i made it so that it doesnt OP and get all monsters other than itself... so now it targets either itself, or 1 other monster... if that would be alright... and im keeping the ATK the way it is, 2250, because x 200 + 1 is 2450, already like what i had it at before...
but should the helping itself part of the effect be removed? is that was you guys are telling me?

I have no issues with this card, personally I think it's balanced and useful just nothing too unique I might add but hey! I like it
BTW(s)- OCG is flawless as always hahaha
- If you want a Xyz card you can PM the whole thing and I can make you a card with the proper layout just in case.

well i couldnt argue that im stupid and didnt see that this card could get itself too OP'd on ATK... go i lowered that... still not sure if its alright, but its better with something like this...
