In order to Synchro Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card. When this monster is summoned, send all cards, except the summoned "Havoc Dragon" on the field and in both players hands to the Graveyard OR banish them. This card can attack twice per turn, plus one extra attack for each card sent to the Graveyard or Banished Zone by this effect.[/spoiler]

This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dark Synchro Monster. You can summon this card without tributing any monsters. When you do, Special Summon 1 Havoc Token (Dragon-Type/DARK/Level 0/ATK 0/DEF 0). "Havoc Token" cannot be used as a tribute, unless it is for the Synchro Summon of "Havoc Dragon." During the End Phase, if "Havoc Token" is face-up on the field, destroy all cards on it's owner's side of the field, and in their hand.[/spoiler]

There is no such thing as a level 0 monster.

@hgghy: Dark Synchro monsters are cards that were only used in the 5d's anime; they revolve around eating the light in living things to create negative level monsters, which are some of the most powerful cards in the game. Dark Tuners are used to summon Dark Synchro monsters, but instead of adding to the monster's level, it takes away from it.

If you wanted to you could, but i was using a kinda cheep template, and I had to modify the stars myself, so sorry about that :/
