You can tribute this card; Warrior-Type monsters on your opponent's side of the field cannot declare an attack while your Life Points are lower than your opponent's. UPDATED
I will add more in the future. Image Credit: Image credit for all of these cards goes to Jazinkay. 101100111000
First card: Level 1 or lower? Lol. This effect is useless. It stops monsters that would never attack from attacking. Plus, since this card is a Level 1, it would never be able to attack, even if it was the only card on the field. Second card: Too situational to be of any use with other decks. If you don't duel a Warrior Deck, this is a Normal Level 2 space-filler.
ragnarok1945
for Blocker 1, you must mean lv2 or lower monster's can't attack, and even then I don't see the point of it for Blocker 2, this is only useful with DNA surgery if your opponent does NOT play a warrior deck, so you should have said ALL types of your opponent's monsters
Blue-Eyes493
What about Meklords? The level 1's are extremely powerful.
101100111000
But then, that wouldn't stop their effects from taking your Synchros. The effects are still useless in the major aspect.
Kryptic
#1 - Pointless, recommend making it level 3 and lower monsters can't attack, otherwise it will only be able to block relinquished
guuu1234
Wicke picture for #1, but overall useless against almost anything. Raise the level higher at least to make it more useful. As for #2, wicked picture again, but useless against any other type. You said you were making more, so i guess the others will be more versitaile. If this a set, it's not uncommon to have something for spefiic cards, though if i was you, i would try to take rag's advice on this card. I look forward to seeing more. I would love to see if others you make will make or break these cards.

RAEGING D0GKING
Card 1 is horribly bad Card 2 is horribly broken for the game
guuu1234
lol i just now noticed #2 is a horribly improved version of swords :/ Maybe it should just stay spefic, or stop atatcks for less amounts of turns (preferbly one turn min. and 2 turns max, though even 2 turns may be to much.) 101100111000
[sub]Card 1: So, it's a stall card? Bleh. It's a pretty bad stall card either way. Idk, the effect just doesn't seem to give very much, or anything at all. I can just Summon a Level 4 and run this card over. Or use Raigeki Break, or find any other way to destroy it. [/sub] [sub]Card 2: Now it's just a SoRL minus the the flip upon activation bit. C'mon, that's bad enough, if we wanted that effect, we would've just used an SoRL to begin with. I suggest you modify this effect in some way to differentiate it from SoRL.[/sub]

guuu1234
well for Blocker 1 now it's basically the exact opposite of what Gravity Bind does
Great, now you have a perfect lockdown for attacking when you combine the two. Oh wait, Xyz's sh!t all over this card. Oh well. #2 is also still broken.

guuu1234
well how popular is Gravity Bind nowadays?
I run 3 gravity binds in my Xyz deck. It's rarely destroyed and is great for stall for at least a turn. I love using it, xyz summon, and lulz at my opponent. Of course i guess that depends on the individual. though :/
Cherz
lv 2 is nice, but the ocg, u dont need to add once per turn if r going to give it a tribute effect.
Blue-Eyes493
There, are they good now?
101100111000
Card 1: Meh, still seen better stalls, but, then again, it's a Level 1, so whatever. Card 2: Way to make the card more situational and more useless. You still left the effect damningly specific monster-wise, but now the effect only applies while your Life Points are below your opponent's. Aside from that, the effect gives the impression that it goes on for the rest of the duel, which would be annoying to go "Oh wait, you can't attack because of this effect" "But I just attacked twice *facepalm*", not to mention that having this effect in play when the monster itself is destroyed makes it seem kinda, oh idk, broken, duration-wise. I would never even consider using this card irl, let alone keeping it in a side deck (which I wouldn't).
