You can discard this card from your hand to draw 1 card. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, draw 1 card. When this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, you can Special Summon "Dark World" monster with 1500 or less ATK from your hand. That monster's effect is negated.
before I rate, explain why you want to have the Dark World monster's effect negated PERMANENTLY
Even more, why do you want to Special Summon a Dark World? Most of their effects are activated by being discarded. :/

I like that you added draw effects, to bring them to your hand, but discarding would be more advantageous for triggering their effects.

It's Dark World's Demon, not one of the residents/army. This card is a demon to them even. Why is it expected that this card will be similar to previous Dark World cards just because it has "Dark World" in the name?
Actually, I thought it'd be similar when it targets the Archetype for the Special Summoning effect.

Even so, Scarr is one of the few (or only) Dark World cards without an effect triggered by discarding (that has <1500 ATK), so negatting an effect triggered in the hand (discard) isn't truly necessary.

I stopped reading and made a Dark World Engine Magical Explosion FTK with it.
