This card can only be activated on your first turn while your opponent controls no cards and there are no cards in either graveyard. You can only control 1 "9 Gate". When this card is Summoned: Halve your life Points; Your opponent gains 3000 Life points. The Original Atk of all monsters becomes 300x its own level.





Don't complain about the over complicated way to look at these cards. It's about the cards, not the ease of access to them. Imageshack ducks sick at working right(for me anyway).

These cards are far better for your opponent than for you. The entire set is far too situational for ordinary play (how often do you get to go first in a duel, anyway?), and the only effects that could possibly, or even remotely work well together end up with you having less monsters on the field and at a huge disadvantage. If 9 gate weren't so situational (for example, making it only playable when you have no cards on the field) and the synchro were easier to summon and had a better effect, these cards might stand a chance.
