ragnarok1945
well it's better than Offerings to the Doomed for destroying the monster personally though for the last part of the effect, having the summoned monster's effect permanently negated is fine, but I see no reason why it shouldn't be allowed to attack any reason why you said that? Strider Tigerwolf
Because a summon like this needs restriction. You can activate this at any point after your opponent has preformed a Special Summon so its powerful in that right. Not only that, but this card's targets vary upon the monster summoned. Lets say Dark Armed Dragon is Special Summoned and activates its effects, targeting a face-down Summon Break!. You can chain to DAD, Destroy him, and since you most likely don't have monsters, you can easily target any level 6 or lower monster from your Deck. Its especially potent if you activate it during the End Phase of your opponent's turn after they've done all their Special Summons so you can just pick a card and destroy it. AND the effect negation isn't enough. Monsters like Dandylion have their effects negated on the field, but not in the Graveyard so that's a loophole, so as an added bonus, I placed a no-Attack restriction as well. Kirun Wolf
It's a great card. I'd replace Bottomless with it in my deck, personally. It's really strong for Syncro summoning decks. If I control no cards and I use this on a measly level 4 monster I can sync 10 on my first turn. I could probably OTK with this card... . This card is really powerful in the hands of OTK type decks who just look for a big tribute beater or sync beater.
