I like how you balance your cards, and the idea behind them as well. But personally I don't like Lightning Pentagon. I think it's UP, because you lose (most likely) your whole hand (unless you'r playing dark world's or something, then it's a little okay) and get 5 really crappy effects that doesn't dictate you losing 5 CARDS for them. I think you should make the positives more stronger AND/OR add more positives, and take away the negatives. Otherwise pentagons effect, if you use it, truly isn't worth it.

Well for Halberd, the atk gain is certainly a lot better compared to Graceful Dice, which was barely anything

 

the tails effect seems to contradict the atk gain effect though

 

you said it gets atk/def via the dice roll, but then the tails drops it to 0, so now I'm confused

 

its the drawback

well the tails effect is easily countered by just not having any spells/traps when you flip the coin

 

for the negating an extreme gambler card effect for a turn, it's mostly for the drawbacks, though I'm unsure if taking the benefits out too is smart

 

Yes but you get the option. So you have fifty-fifty chance to get something good, if its bad use paladin to negate it.

*shrugs* I usually don't believe in the 50-50 chance crap, especially to coin flips

 

to my experience the chances are more like 1-99 chance of right and wrong

 

I don't see where your coming from? Anyways I'm thinking of rebooting this set and changing some cards names, types, attributes and pictures to give it a little back story.

Maybe your right, But i was aiming to make them all robots created by mankind as a last ditch attempt to save the earth from an enemy. However with limited time they were not fool proof and had risks that could ultimately destroy themselves. I don't know, sappy right? It would mainly be as to provide backstory if I made a deck out of this for a RP.
