These are pretty good. Just to clarify;
Summon Crow and tribute for three ravens
tribute one raven for three crows.
Tribute for high level normal summons and for the raven and crow special summon monsters. That's awesome.

The fact that these cards can do that would make me suggest taking away "once per turn this card cannot be destroyed by battle".

These could be used in a tribute deck, a dark counterpart deck, would mix well enough with blackwings or other winged beast monsters, could be useful in a synchro deck and would be epic in an Egyptian god deck.

9/10

Phoenix: To the grave from where? Otherwise a nice well balance effect and a fair ATK/DEF.
Call: Seems alright. Can't really comment much on it. It's simple but it works and that's the important thing.
Reaping: Probably should only be sending two. Otherwise I like it.
Return: This one is good. It allows you to continue the cycle of summon, tribute, summon and works well with Phoenix. May need a draw back, not sure on that.
Gamble: A decent enough trap, but I'd probably go with mind crush over it.
Scythe: It's horn of the phantom beast for Crows and Raven. Either a balanced card and a decent trap.
Lament: Another good one. A good alternative to solemn judgement since it leaves your LP intact. Might need to make it 2 tributes. Again not sure.

Okay. Time for that promised review!

Crow/Raven: Infinite Crow/Raven Spam = Broken. There should be a limit to how many of these guys you can get per turn so a better wording for these would be:

You can tribute this card: Special Summon any number of "Raven/Crow" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard. The effect of "Raven/Crow" can only be used once per turn.

Crow Priestess: Priestess is...weird. I would say its good, but as how it adds cards to your hand it could be bad since if it turns out to be a Crow or Raven monster, you really didn't lose anything and only gained something. Making it a level 4 1900 ATK monster makes it broken even further since you can spam them for Xyzs, Detach for effect, and continue for more +s while thinning your Deck (Especially if you use Lavalval Chain).

Raven Spirit: Balanced. A 1 for 1 which is good, but with the infinite loop the Ravens and Crows make, it can be bad since it'll always find a way to revive itself.

Crow Tengu: Broken. Its way too easy an effect to pull off, and a paying 3000 life points for that is not even close. You can easily rack up +4 cards with its effect, even if you use it once, and because of its ability to be Special Summoned (plus the infinite loop of Crows and Ravens) it sets up unfair game play.

Carrion Crow: Again, broken. No restriction on what "Crow/Raven" monsters it can Special Summon and 500 life points is too little for the cost. Not to mention that its Xyzably broken since there are now Rank 6 Xyzs.

Spectral Raven: Okay, Spectral Raven is balanced in its own right. Its a -2 for a -1. In fact...it may be a nice idea to bring this guys ATK at least to 2350 along with its DEF. It a nice card, it can be useful, and its effect would have to be used in an effective way allowing for good player-player interaction.

Phoenix Raven: Balanced...or is it? Depends. If you can only use the effect of Raven/Crow once per turn: Its balanced. Not only that, but its a beater, takes 3 for 1, has an effect that's a -1 for a -1 to your opponent, and HAS to be Summoned using "Raven" or "Crow", not cards that have "Crow" or "Raven" in their names. This is a nice card design for the archtype, and is overall an effective monster.

Raven Call: 500 life point bit is not even needed since this card is in several ways like "Medalion of the Ice Barrier" or "E-Emergency Call" and those aren't even limited.

Reaping Crow: Foolish x destruction is bad. This card may be limited, or banned since it does so much. Sending to cards to the Graveyard is no longer a hindrance, but a speed boost. It mills the deck so you draw better AND you get rid of an opponents card, leading to an unfair advantage.

Raven Return: Return from the Different Dimension for this archtype. If this is the case, you have eliminated all the potential weaknesses in the Deck. Instead of 3, 1 would be better as it would be a -1 for a +1 instead of a -1 for a +3.

Gamble Crow: Broken. Trapdust shot was limited for a reason and Mind Haxors was semied for a reason as well. Gamble crow takes almost no effort for activation and wreaks the gamplay severely. I honestly don't know how to fix this card...

Fallen Crow Scythe: A Scythe for Winged-Beasts, just as Horn of the Phantom Beast is for Beast and Beast-Warrior Types. Honestly, this card is decent, but it may see some overuse in Blackwings.

Crow Lament: Not every archtype needs a Couonter Trap...That almost makes the deck OPed. Infernites had this kind of stuff and that's why they got hit somewhat hard with the Forbidden/Limited List. Its a -2 for a -1...but with Crow and Raven, its easy to pull off.

Overall: The deck is on its way to becoming a good deck, but it needs edits because as of right now, its WAY too powerful.

You shouldn't give up on card making due to the lack of people posting; Your quite lucky I barely get any comments on my Threads alas that is not what I'm here for.

Your effects are quite bland and simple, obviously you don't want to overpower the effects so that Is understandable hard to find a right balance, the concept is rather good, not many arch-types based on Birds IMO, this is one of the better ones I've seen on YCM.

I would love to see more, a whole set maybe?

Most of your errors have been pointed out already, good job with these cards.

Yeah, same here. I get a few post, but mainly I create just to create. If you check out my threads (Top 3 in my sig) I only have a few posters. RC isn't really a section where people are willing to comment on other peoples archtypes (though I somewhat exclude myself from the such) but many of them just "don't give a f***". Still, don't let it stop you from making cards, cuz that's how we get better in the first place.

On another note: Check your OCG. It seems a bit out of date.
