nulk
It has no atk or def. Doesnt matter if its uneffected by traps, magic or effects. a monster with 1 atk could attack and kill it. Not very goku or luffy like. Couldnt kill them with a nuke.
Xi-3
Seems more like 'Goofy' than 'Goffy.' Nobody and nothing has that much immunity, certainly not Goku or Luffy (a Water-type could drown him, right?) Also, I thought when you combine rubber and a Z-fighter you get a variety of Buu. Not that any of them are in the rank of 'most powerful' anyway. It depends on what other series are involved, but Shounen series do not tend to be overly powerful compared to others -- unless they're Tenchi. At this rate, like nulk says, Chisame-san could punch them into the Graveyard. I didn't even make a Chisame-san card because it would not relate to a Yu-Gi-Oh duel well (she's a super-hacker, not a fighter, despite what a punch to Rakan-san might say).
