mostly I just see this for the draw power, in essence you might as well use a card effect yourself for its destruction to pull the draw power effect off

It's just a somewhat versatile option, at least if you already have a used Glow-Up Bulb in the Graveyard, and something that Plants/Synchrocentric can probably use quite easily if they have the space.

I saw the picture and had to make a card for it.

This is certainly unique, and versatile to. Good draw power and it makes glow-up a bit better.

Honestly you could possibly get away with making destroyed, not destroyed by card effect. Since it is probs more likely to be destroyed by battle, unless you do it yourself.
