Kingdom Xathers
Banish 1 card from your hand. Target 1 Fusion Monster in your Graveyard. During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon that target ignoring any and all Summoning conditions. If Special Summoned by this effect, that Fusion Monster cannot declare an attack this turn. Discuss.
Only way to make it more broken is by making the Special Summon count as a Fusion Summon.
Synchronized
We all know if it was ever printed rulings would say it had to be Fusion Summoned properly before you could bring it back, just like "Level Modulation".

Synchronized
Yeah, exactly. You still have to Summon the monster properly at least once before you can bring it back, which is stupid, but that's how it works.

darkwolf777
A Semi-Nomi must be Special Summoned properly in order to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. There are no exceptions. Of the cards that Special Summon while ignoring the Summoning Conditions monsters in the Graveyard (Level Down?!, Level Modulation, Rainbow Gravity, and Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem), none have Semi-Nomi targets. Ancient Gear Golem is NOT a Nomi or Semi-Nomi monster as it can be Normal Summoned.

Expelsword
You can freely ignore summoning conditions when you summon from the hand or Deck. You must properly summon any in the Graveyard before you can later ignore them.
