Does Elite Arbiter do direct attacks with its full power? That's a huge chunk of Lifepoints! I am similarly impressed with Master Chief and his boosted version's power for their levels. A bit less so for the Hayabusa version.
On 'Cortana' you have a type concerning 'Master Hayabusa Chief.'
Total immunity with the 'Covanant Energy Sword' has got to hurt.

Also, in your sig I imagine you mean 'It's against the rules... isn't it?'

This is a good start to a set or deck, although I have to ask: isn't the black background going to eat up a lot of ink in printing?
