The first part of the effect is good. The second part looks like it might be OPed, perhaps to balance make it any card destroyed by Moon Gazer in battle is banished (damage still applies)

eh, overall it's a little bit like Dark Magician of Chaos for the last effect, though that one still takes into account battle damage

yours doesn't, but it's still better since it can banish any monster, which DOES seem to make it slightly OPed

I'd lower its level to 7, drop the atk to 2400, then sayd it can only banish lv6 or lower monsters

i edited now to make it somewhat bit annoying to use it's effect

[/quote] I was thinking that 2 but then its has to be a Dark tuner and 2 non-tuners, making it diffucult to summon
