ShenmaKid
Hi everyone, This is my first thread on Yugioh Card Maker, and this is my first set of cards. Set name: Endless Nightmares Theme: The strategy revolves around giving the "Endless Nightmare" monsters to your opponent, making them pay the price of any action they do. However, if your opponent somehow removes these nightmares, they can give them back to you. "Endless Nightmare" monsters cannot be removed from the field except by battle, which means they cannot be destroyed by card effects, cannot be tributed for a tribute summon, and cannot be used in a synchro or XYZ summon (Since XYZ materials do not count as on the field). You can only remove these nightmares by battle.
This card cannot be removed from the field except by battle. Each time you Summon a monster(s): take 500 damage. When this card is removed from the field, you can pay 500 Life Points: Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be removed from the field except by battle. Each time you activate a Spell or Trap card: send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard: Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be removed from the field except by battle. Each time you Set a card: banish 1 card from your Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, you can banish 1 card from your Graveyard: Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be Summoned except by its own effect. When you control 3 face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand to your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be removed from the field except by battle. Each time you draw a card(s): banish the top 3 cards of your Deck. During your End Phase, if your opponent controls no face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters, shift control of this card to your opponent.

Once per turn, when the effect of an "Endless Nightmare" monster resolves, you can Special Summon 1 "Endless Nightmare" monster with a different name from your hand. You can banish this face-up card to add 1 "Necria, The Eternal Nightmare" from your Deck to your hand. Face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. When the effect of an "Endless Nightmare" monster resolves, you can banish this face-up card to add 1 "Endless Nightmare" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. Once per turn, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects: • Pay 500 Life Points. Add 1 "Dragl, The Endless Nightmare" from your Deck to your hand. • Send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard. Add 1 "Mora, The Endless Nightmare" from your Deck to your hand. • Banish 1 card from your Graveyard. Add 1 "Syel, The Endless Nightmare" from your Deck to your hand. When there are 2 or more face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters on the field, select and activate 1 of the following effects: • Shift control of 1 face-up "Endless Nightmare" monster to your opponent. • Until the End Phase of this turn, all face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. Activate only when your opponent declares an attack against a face-up "Endless Nightmare" monster you control. Negate the attack, then Special Summon 1 "Endless Nightmare" monster from your hand to your opponent's side of the field. Activate only when there are 3 or more face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters on the field, with at least 1 controlled by your opponent. Take control of all face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters. When this card resolves, if you control 3 or more face-up "Endless Nightmare" monsters, you can add 1 "Necria, The Eternal Nightmare" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.
Tips: Use cards that can shift control of your monsters to your opponent, such as "Mystic Box" and "Creature Swap." After you give "Necria, The Eternal Nightmare" to your opponent, use cards that protect your nightmares from battle, such as "Waboku." Use cards such as "Dark World Dealings" to make your opponent draw more cards, to maximize the effect of "Necria."
ShenmaKid
Still no replies? I worked hard on these They can be pretty fun if you think about it.

thekazu4u
Hmmm.... I would make all the effects focus on burn if you want to make it an archetype. And for some reason, the main boss feels lame. Just another card with huge ATK and DEF points. Aside from that, I like the concept.
ShenmaKid
@ thekazu4u Everyone gets different nightmares, and those nightmares impact people in different ways. The main boss is Necria. Final terror is just something extra, not really a serious card. I mean, the condition to summon him is ridiculous. I was thinking of giving him more effects, but that would be too much text. And besides, I want the opponent to have a chance at killing him. Cards that auto-win aren't fun. R3dBl4ck
i love this idea! and like cubarateman said, very original. i like the arts and the names as well (though i doubt i'd see the pictures on two of the support cards on a real manufactured yugioh card xD)
MORPHINGJARFORTHEWIN
nice dude!! but if you special summon a lot to the opponent's side of the field, wouldnt that leave you open?? but VERY creative. P.S. nice pics:)
toonbob20
Please disregard this advice if you wish, since I am a very hard grader, but here's my assessment: -2 For using nothing but Magic the Gathering Pictures. The resolution is generally off resulting in them being slightly grainy. Plus it's not very creative to steal the pictures of another card game. -2 For the fact that the majority of them are level 3. With the popularity of level 3 Xyz monsters, this set is practically handing them Xyz material, resulting in them getting some powerful monster out, and negating the whole point of the archetype. -1 For many of your support cards preventing your cards from being destroyed by battle. The whole point is for them to make their way to your opponents side of the field, so what's the point of keeping monsters that just damage you? -2 For the UNBELIEVABLY OP MONSTER The Final Terror. A monster that can be Removed from the field at all except by battle. Even with his tough summoning conditions, that is pretty far over the top. Overall: -7=3/10 I like the concept, just change the levels of the basic endless nightmares, and make it so that the supports aren't dedicated to preserving the monsters...since that's completely pointless. Ginko
oh man these monsters are damn powerful. the effect on nercia i almost cried at because its so freaking awesome. that's a heckuva unique way to go about killing your opponent. ohmigosh the support cards are fan-freaking-tastic. i love the effects that make it easier for your opponent to gain your monsters that much faster, especially nercia. card art is amazing the final nightmare i don't understand why you would have the option of special summoning him to your opponent's side of the field, plus in an average game you wouldn't know how many monsters are left in your deck, so you may want to change that effect slightly. you may want to lower his atk points more anyway. very nice archetype. this is your first? you have great potential. i'd love to see more from you! 9/
Zaratuir
Creature Swap = This deck's worst nightmare. Also...
-2 For the fact that the majority of them are level 3. With the popularity of level 3 Xyz monsters, this set is practically handing them Xyz material, resulting in them getting some powerful monster out, and negating the whole point of the archetype.
This part is not true. Since the ruling that xyz material is not considered on the field (and thus why sangan doesn't work) you don't have to worry about them using the endless nightmare monsters as xyz material since they can only be removed from the field by battle. I like it. Only thing I might change is make it so Necria can't battle. That way you don't have to worry about them using Necria to kill your nightmares and giving you back Necria. TheAlchemist
A card perfect to use with this set, yet its with my under construction set. You need 6 of any endless nightmare cards and one Final Terror within the Nightmares. The lore is: This card can not be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summon by banishing one "Final Terror within the Nightmares". When this card enters the field, deal 1000 points of damage to your opponent This effect is not affected by card effects. You can only destroy this card by battle with "Final Terror with the Nightmares". This card is not affected by card effects from the opponent's deck. REvan342
The overall design of the card is good. it is a little OP, but in a good way, like Five Headed Dragon
Redgrave
Personally, i love the design idea on the whole giving these monsters to your opponent, its a very nice concept. personally id probably put the penalty effect of the monsters only when thier switched to your opponent, and only allow them to be swaped once. As it is they can just be swaped among both players field and its kinda pointless. Id also put oin a card like waboku or a modified Spirit Barrier that makes it to where when you give them to your opponent, he cant do Damnage with them to you making him basically screwed when you give them over to him/her. Also since they have the tag "Cannot be REMOVED from the Field except by battle" id actually not make thier ATK and DEF so high. it basically Breaks them especially the 5600, regardless of how hard it is to summon him, once hes out, hes near unstopable. but over all i like nice job ^.^

Thranduil
Nice set, a little disappointed about the use of all magic cards for this set also for the Mana User I would have to say it is a little OP since it can only be destroyed with another Final Terror with the Nightmares. I would say changing it to cant be destroyed except by battle. Although I suppose it could be removed by D prison which is commonly used now.
