[/quote] Level 4 would lead to some horrible Synchro and Xyz abuse. Level 3 usually will only let you into Armory Arm if you tech in Glow-Up Bulb, and PvZ is only really good in Zombies. As an Xyz maker, well, Tour Guide does the job better for Rank 3s. Then, give it WIND as its Attribute and something only just abusable Type-wise, and you're done.
