Why 600, just lower it to 500 at least then it's easy to keep track on your LP, the Card itself feels like it's missing something.

It's Mehish although as Rag rightly said it's last part is a copy of Restrict, this really has little play-ability as far as I can see other than not being able to tribute summon some monsters although it's nice for it not to be destroyed by battle; If I were you I'd make it so it was a certain position otherwise you could just use it as a tank and not lose any LP.

That's what the 600 point deduction each turn is for. So you lose life points, even if it is still in play. Plus if an opponent got a strong monster on the field before this card was played, they could do damage anyways.
