Effect

While you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on it. This card gains 1000 ATK for each Spell Counter on it. You can remove any number of Spell Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-up monster on the field, this effect can only be activated once per turn. When this card is destroyed, destroy 1 Defense Position monster.

Lore

1 tuner+ 1 or more non-tuner Spellcaster monsters
Must first be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned: Place 2 Spell Counters on face-up cards you can place Spell Counters on. Once per turn: You can remove 2 Spell Counter from the field; Banish up to 2 Spell or Trap Cards on the field. If you activate this effect: You cannot attack directly with this card during this turn.

Explanation: Reason it don’t have effect is b/c it is suppose to be a new sub-type called Capricorn that I’m making but I don’t have my tools right now, and as you should guess, its really the exact opposite condition of a gemini monster. In order to be opposite, it has to be a Normal Monster without the sub-type Effect beside it as Gemini monsters have that, so it would not be classified as the opposite if added. Hope that clarifies.

Lore

This card is treated as an Effect monster while Face-Down or in the Graveyard. While this card is Set on the field, you can Flip Summon it to have it be treated as a Normal Monster but cannot activate its effect. *While this card is being treated as an Effect Monster while face-down:

During your opponents turn: Add 1 Spell Counter to this face-down card.(Max: 12) If this card is Flipped face-up by your opponent, remove all Spell Counters on this card; Destroy 1 card on the field equal to the amount of Spell Counters added to this card.

Josh is a guy, not a woman. Unless he's a trap. I won't judge on OCG as that's just stupid if it's minor.

Tormented's Card

Right, where to begin? Well, there's that extremely tempting first clause that gives it Special Summonability. Unfortunately, what it actually says is 'go second, have this in your hand, proceed to win lots." In all other cases, the card is an extremely mediocre Monarch that has a compulsory effect to destroy a Defense Position monster which will probably backfire with things like an opponent's Zenmaines or something. Not to mention that its Attribute is really redundant and should have been LIGHT just for extra support.

Skylie's Card

It's a flawed concept as cards don't have effects while they're face down anyway. Neither is it actually possible to place counters on face-down cards without generally changing the game way too much. What you've actually done is accidently created a game state where your opponent is allowed to check all monster cards you set just in case it is a Capricorn monster. Not good. It's not very playable anyway as it's just too slow. There's not many ways to fix it, since it would just become overly complicated and Mausoleum and Star Blast would just abuse it too much.

Dragon Sage's Card

OCG is off but I did say I wouldn't judge on that too much. It does promote usage of Chaos Sorcerer via common Level 4 non-Tuner Spellcasters and something like Plaguespreader Zombie. I like that. The banishing is probably useless anyway, but it's pretty good considering that one of the reasons why X-Sabers were so good was because of their Synchro, Hyunlei. It's vaguely similar and has Spell Counter support too.

Vote to Dragon Sage.

Skylie's Card is good but am not very sure about it though it seems reasonable i agree with it and Dragon Sage's Card is awesome i would use it but as said OCG problems are there and for Tormented's Card i find it very hard to play it as an opponent i would hate it so i vote for:

Nah, no vote changing unless you absolutely must, but you chose dragon sage's card over mine, which I understand....Lets just say no vote changing my card is not usuable, it'd create a mass effect like .Rai said which would cause your opponent to check every face-down card on the field to make sure its not or is a capricorn, let a lone he did see my whole intention, for it to be abusable with 2 level cards.....Rai: (P.S I really had not wish you saw my intention, now I have to go find another way to make a card abusable by those cards with out people realizing it.)

So, unless you really really want to change it, you can, or otherwise lets leave your vote the way it is...

Tormented:

Aesthetics: 1.6/2
Originality: 1.4/2
OCG: 1.8/2
Playability: 2.8/3
Balance: 3.9/6

Overall: 11.5/15

Dragon Sage:

Aesthetics: 1.8/2
Originality: 1.5/2
OCG: 1.3/2
Playability: 2.8/3
Balance: 5.4/6

Overall: 12.8/15

Skylie:

Aesthetics: 1.7/2
Originality: 1.9/2
OCG: 1.6/2
Playability: 2.6/3
Balance: 5.1/6

Overall: 12.9/15

Skylie gets my vote, on the generous assumption that this 'capricorn' card type is allowed. (=

@Thermatic: On general conception, it would be; The rules would not allow it to get its so called effect at all and result in your opponent getting to look at all face-down cards on the field. But even if the rules were ignored, .Rai stated clearly what I wanted it to do, to be broken with level docking cards....
