Yuo, just a thought that hit me from out ofnowhere. I have nothing better to do today but make cards and offer my opinions on others.

Lore: Durng the Draw Phase, the turn player must choose and apply one of these effect's before he/she draws:
*All of your Effect Monsters effect's are negated this turn.
*You cannot Special Summon this turn.

OCG may be off, so some help with that would be nice. Rate, Comment, Discuss, and Enjoy :)

Genuinely quite clever if it weren't for the fact that it's horribly abused inside of Disaster Dragons, in essence turning it into Royal Oppression (considering that once they've spammed their stuff, they can just basically beat the field down with pure ATK power).

Should actually say:

The effects aren;t pernately negated, just for the turn that they choose to do whatever. For that turn, a player can either special summon al they want, but won't be able to use thier monsters effects OR they can abuse the effects of there monsters, but give up the special summoning. It will force players to change there tactics, and seeing as it;s quite common for players to do both, like you said, this is perfect for disrupting a strategy.

tbh it's hard to tell. Many monsters that get SS are pretty useless if you can't abuse thier effects right away, plus many monsters that have effect's allow a ss, so it can shut down both at once. it all depends on the situation :) which is what makes this card fun

Ehh probably not. If I add a support, then it will be the same thing above, except with spells/traps. And i would rather not do that. I actually didn;t want this to be a dragon, becasue dragons have enough power already. but this picture, it just screams dragon-type -___-

I like the card. but it should be lvl 6, idk why. And OCG fix (i think):

you could have also made it treated as a dragon type only when it's OFF the field......

Maybe, but i don't know what type it would be normally. I mean, it looks so much like a dragon, but i don't want it to add support to dragons.

and I think I'll take the note from [url="http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/user/358064-thekazu4u/"]thekazu4u[/url] and make it Thunder. that arche-type has no real support and what do you know! I now suddenly want to make support for thunder monsters (and this card indirectly)

Dragons are already strong enough, and I like making cards that support lesser known archetypes (remember my old rock-support card?). Making it thunder makes is a target for less cards, while as a dragon it is a deadly FuFu target, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon Tragte, and chaos dragon target/ As a thunder type monster, I can at least get away with lifting the summoning restriction.
