The monster Special Summoned by this is treated as if it was Special Summoned by the effect of the monster printed in that card's text. You can only activate the effect of "Shining Warrior LV4" once per turn.

and this is much more effective than level up since it applies to ANY level monster, not just the Shining Warrior ones, to that end it might be a bit too broken

No. It's a generic LV monster that makes the rest of the Archetype faster and eliminates the need for the slower, lowest forms of the LV cards while making cards like Horus LV6, Silent Swordsman LV5, Allure Queen LV5, and Dark Lucius LV6 usuable in fun decks.

I like! Not to obscure, and balanced by the small number of LVL monsters. Wish I could proxy 9/10.

gives em a bit more speed which might make it broken eventually but i still really like it.
