Haha, these Valix monsters turn the banished zone into a second Graveyard, and the combinations make dead draws/hands less likely. These cards so far seem to work well together, but the only card I'm not THAT fond of is Valox World. The whole mechanic is that when 1 Field Spell is activated, the previous one is destroyed; this one will stay on the field because card effects can't destroy, and activating other Field Spells can't either (unless I'm misinterpreting the effect). All in all, these aren't too bad; just some more refinement after you get your card ideas done, and they'll go on well.

for Dark Ruler, 800 atk/def gain is too much, if you're going to do that, you need to lower its base atk. That along with the extra atk and high atk rate, you should have said this card can't attack directly

Fishing Bear's banshing effect is like Dark Magician of Chaos but better since yours can't be destroyed in battle. Still, it does work out since your opponent gets the banished monster back really quickly

Electric Shield is meh. If you're going to make it that kind of a recycling effect you might as well have just made it a continuous trap, but still only allow the effect to be used only once per turn

since I haven't looked through all of these yet, and just saw the Field Spell, I must say it's horrible.
Not for its effect, but for the fact it's indestructible. This is bad for the game. Everything needs to be able to be stopped/negated/destroyed so the game is actually fair.

also, Dragon bug should be able to work only with itself and Cosmos Dragon. I don't see how Cosmos Dragon makes you benefit from being banished this way though (except that you instantly get a 3-5 monsters in your banished zone). I feel there needs to be a connection. Maybe make an effect for Cosmos Dragon that triggers once it's banished from the Deck?

The Dark Ruler Xyz is bad. 3 level 6 monsters while there's actually not even 1 spammable level 6 in the archetype? And you only have 1 card (well, that one spell too) that can change card levels. Also, "this card is unaffected by your opponent's card effects", that is just ridiculous. Even Quasar seems more vulnerable and easy stop than this. In fact, face to face with Quasar, this wins, which should tell you something. It's also a 5400 ATK double attacker..
I suggest you nerf it down a lot and make it 2x level 6 monsters.

Fishing Bear seems OP'd to me. It can banish practically any monster and usually that'd be a Xyz/Synchro, so returning it to the top of the deck will completely get rid of it. It's as threatening, if not more, than Catastor, and for a level 4 effect non-nomi or semi-nomi monster that's too much.

Electric shield seems fine, so does Plasma Cannon and all cards I didn't mention.

I suggest you play-test these to see what to fix, since archetypes' consistency is hard to judge on paper only.

ok Mech Worm is better than Dark Magician of Chaos's effect since you also get to destroy the spell/trap in the effect

plus Dark Magician of Chaos doesn't get to banish the monster that destroyed this card

Personally I think it's almost too much in that aspect. You should have said if Mech worm is destroyed in ANY WAY, you have to banish it
