When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Return any number of your Banished cards to your Deck; this card's level becomes the number of cards returned to your Deck by this effect. If this card's Level is 5 or higher: this card is treated as a non-tuner monster. Level manipulation effect maybe a bit OP'd. Thinking about nerfing it some and making the first effect mandatory so as to not miss timing. And yea this is the same image/name as the disk commander copy, except obviously the first form of that card was OP'd and then the subsequent forms felt dull. I mean, for a secrets at least I want my cards to be at least mildly creative. This feels slightly more so. Basically the reason I made this card is because I see many chaos builds (including my own) tech-ing a necroface, which is not bad or anything it is just a pain to draw if you dont have allure. Also I often end up banishing stuff like Monster Reborn from the top of the deck, and the normal summon effect is really dull. This card has a more interesting on Summon effect (although I may have made that part too Op'd) and gets rid of the bad mills problem with necroface. Instead, I gave it the missing timing problem, so you can't use it off a BLS summon or something. IDK how I did on balance, but at least it is more interesting than the disc commander version and a bit less bad than the necroface.
ragnarok1945
so a max of lv5 tuner monster, which isn't really anything new I don't think it's going to be too OPed, though I'm unsure if it's good to make it at lv5 as max tuner level you should have said if it's lv4 or higher then it'll be a non-tuner
thekazu4u
so a max of lv5 tuner monster, which isn't really anything new I don't think it's going to be too OPed, though I'm unsure if it's good to make it at lv5 as max tuner level you should have said if it's lv4 or higher then it'll be a non-tuner
why, level 4 tuners can be extremely useful. Maybe it should be level 5 or higher?
ragnarok1945
why lv5 or higher?
thekazu4u
why lv5 or higher?
Because level 5 is an odd level for a tuner, while level 4 is fairly standard. So level 4 or lower being a tuner, above level 4 its a non-tuner. ragnarok1945
all right then make it lv5 or higher for tuners

thekazu4u
Should I keep it as timing-miss-able or should I make it never miss timing?
ragnarok1945
hang on, just to be safe, what do you hope to do with the timing-missable option?
thekazu4u
It misses timing on costs right now. I hope to make it non-OP'd, but now I am wondering if it needs it to be balanced.
ragnarok1945
what do you see imbalanced now?
thekazu4u
Nothing is really Unbalanced, but since this card is a secret I want it to be the absolute best it can be without being OP'd. So, I was thinking of chainging it to this:
When this card is Banished: Banish up to 3 monsters in your Deck. When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Return any number of your Banished cards to your Deck; this card's level becomes the number of cards returned to your Deck by this effect. If this card's Level is 5 or higher: this card is treated as a non-tuner monster.
This would make it mandatory, but at least it would never miss timing. Your thoughts? If you think it would be still balanced (although I may also want another opinion) I would change it because I don't like cards that miss timing as much as cards that dont.
