Ieyasu Tokugawa
Whopper lock is overrated. Luminize is underrated. Torrential. Synchronized
It looks like you'd be wasting plenty of advantage keeping the Hopper Lock intact that you could instead be using to just wear down the opponent and go for game. I get that the lock is good, but what's the point if you can win without wasting resources keeping it alive?
Oh, I know how watts work. I've used the Whopperlock myself. I constantly found that I didn't even use it and just went for game, so I put my stall into other stuff like Messenger.
Thing is, if you get the lock up and take care of the very few outs, you can't lose. I haven't lost once with this current build. I've 4-0'd Dino Rabbits, 2-0'd Wind Ups, 5-0'd Inzektors, X-0'd decks that ragequit as soon as I summon a Watt, 3-0'd Agents, 2-0'd Dark Worlds, 1-0'd Glads. Most of these were due to the Wattlock. You don't really lose much advantage keeping the lock in place. Inzektors don't have any outs other than Dark Hole, Trish, and Torrential. The thing is, most decks can't get over the lock, giving you the win.
NumberCruncher
Dude, just run Messenger of Peace instead of the Hopper lock. It makes room for more staples and is just as consistent.
