R3mixKillah
Talk about OP man. I know this is quite the OP card so if you say this is OP then GTFO. I just need some suggestions/Improvements on the card thats all xp. Can also be Special Summoned by tributing 1 face-up Sea-Serpent monster with 2000 or higher ATK and DEF. During the endphase send this face-up card from the field to the deck after it was Special Summoned. During the Battle Phase this card can attack all Non-WATER monsters. If you destroy 2 or more monsters by this effect, send cards from the top of your deck to the graveyard equal to the number of monsters destroyed. If this card is sent to the graveyard by a card effect, declare 1 card type. Monsters of that type cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck or Graveyard for 2 turns. ragnarok1945
There's no Serpent monster, you mean Sea Serpent-type monster not hard to get out given the stats changing card effects will help Non-Water should be Non-WATER because it's an attribute and 4 turns? That's really pushing it, that's an eternity by today's standards

ragnarok1945
because card effects to change atk and def are very abundant, so you can get around the 2000 atk/def concept easily
R3mixKillah
ohhhh i get wat ya mean.... 2000 isnt very much so gettin a lvl 4 to 2000 ATK is easy...well okay ill change it
ragnarok1945
my point exactly level 4 monsters (well I'm not talking Sea Serpent only) usually are between 1500-1900 atk. To get it up to 2000, even the simple Graceful Dice can do that
Anonymous
Can also be Special Summoned by tributing 1 face-up Sea-Serpent-Type monster with 2000 or higher ATK and DEF.
You already gave your input, don't start with that That last effect is really pushing everything. Most archetypes obviously center themselves around a certain Type, so shutting them down entirely for 2 turns alone is pretty bad. It gives you a HUGE advantage. I'd personally remove that effect, although if you can nerf it somehow, that'd be fine as well. The rest of this card is more-or-less alright.
