You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by removing from play 2 WIND monsters from your graveyard. The turn that this card is Summoned, you cannot Normal Summon or Set another monster until your next turn. If this card would be destroyed, you can Banish a WIND monster from your Graveyard instead. Once per turn, you can tribute one WIND monster you control so this card can attack directly (once per turn).
