Well asides from the fact that the kid trying to go SSJ was an OBVIOUS-ass troll, he did have a point. Our minds set barriers that limit our performance. No matter how much we train our mind as athletes or intellects there is always a section that says; "You won't do it because you'll get beaten up" or "You won't get the answers right" and so on.

Now, let's say we could get rid of these mentalities that contribute towards us not excelling as well as we could in something. Wouldn't that be amazing? We could achieve SO much as people. Not quite what that troll was talking about, but not too far off.

Let's speak athletically, while training for your profession (mine is cage fighting) you have so many thoughts running through your head. "Will I beat my next opponent?" or "I have to beat him", either one of these can cause you to outpace yourself or not try hard enough, depending on the type of person you are. Now, imagine if you could stay calm and composed during your training mentally, while pushing yourself physically. An amateur athlete could hypothetically be where Bruce Lee was at during the peak of his bodybuilding/martial arts career.

Discuss times your mind set has put you off the thing you were meant to do. Whether it be procrastinating from homework or not training for a big game. Go!

Well, if it counts I'm trying to unlock my mind. If you think about it, the mind is the most powerful thing one could learn to control. Psychokinetic (PK) abilities don't require you to be born with insane amounts of mental prowess. Just a positive mindset and the ability to be able to concentrate for long periods of time. At least that's what I think.
