ParadoxCaller
thats the card image for Infinite Light - Ain Soph Ur, either way OT: im not really sure what youre aiming for by making it Quick-Play? do you want to start a chain with this card, cause if so i would make i Trap, cause theres a lot of ways to dump cards in the graveyard today (Needlebugs Nest for ex). otherwise i would make it just a simple Normal Spell and on the eff: its kinda like Trishula, only returning to the Deck. i would restrict this card by making it so that you can only activate 1 per turn or something, cause otherwise you can spam the field with these and return all of the opponents card, leaving room for a possible OTK
ragnarok1945
AIR isn't a real atribute, you mean WIND seems too easy for a OTK set up, that your intent?
thekazu4u
Sorry for the AIR attribute. I was just working with a game with AIR, so I am sorta messed up. It is now WIND. And I don't see how this card could clear the field any more than something like ryko. I just don't see the need for the one-per-turn limitation, especially since you would need 9 cards of Earth/Water/Wind/Fire and no more than 3 of any one attribute. Quick play: Mainly for something like: You Monster Reborn my Raiza, chain bam I put 2 more cards you control back to deck, your monster reborn is wasted (my Raiza is returned to deck) etc..
this is exactly what i mean, theres tons of ways to dump cards in the graveyard. just play a rallis deck for example, dump monster after monster (earth water wind fire) and you have the perfect setup for this card. or Needlebugs Nest x2, thats 10 cards.
even more reason to make it a Trap, keeping it a Quick-Play makes it OPed, meaning your opponent cant predict this card, and even less negate it (unless with Magic Jammer or something)
RedRuler
Why would you want your opponent to return 1 card in his/her graveyard to the top of the deck?
thekazu4u
Why would you want your opponent to return 1 card in his/her graveyard to the top of the deck?
You would not, unless you are pro. Example: call of the haunted, chain this, return 3 of your cards plus his call target and 1 cards he controls 1 card in his hand. Now his call is sitting there being shitty. Also gr8 against Pot of Avarice And for also, just to give him a dead draw if nothing else. Pop something like a treeborn frog / any card useless in this situation (perhaps a solemn warning while he has less than 2000 LP, or maybe a creature swap while he has no monsters, or a pot of avarice when there is no way that he is going to get 5 monsters in graveyard, etc... basically, for no real obvious reason, but just to gain a slight advantage. When used right it could be a Trishula + Time Seal in 1. However, it is hard to use, and since they get to chose the order of the cards, they could simply chose the card they just had in hand, and maybe use a searcher or something to shuffle the deck etc... to get out of the time seal-ish side-effect. Hmm, did not think of making it a trap. It would be the first secret-rare trap I have ever made. Not a bad idea to balance it further, while at the same time promoting some weird combo where you reuse it (much easier to get traps back from grave than spells). Ill be thinking about it <
