Everyone maindecks [Chain Disappearance]

Recommended Posts

Mystical Space Typhoon destroyed Chain Disappearance, then Zuccato used Pot of Duality to add a copy of Chain Disappearance to his hand. He saw another copy as well as an Inzektor Monster, giving away his Deck of choice. Armageddon Knight was Normal Summoned next, sending Inzektor Hornet to his Graveyard. He attacked into Wind-Up Magician, Set 2 Spells or Traps and passed his turn. Ochsenmaier used Mystical Space Typhoon to destroy Chain Disappearance during the End Phase!

On his following turn, another Mystical Space Typhoon destroyed yet another Chain Disappearance. Mind Control helped convince Armageddon Knight to switch sides, then both of his Level 4 Monsters were used to Xyz Summon Number 39: Utopia. It attacked directly, leaving Zuccato with 5100 Life Points.

...

Wind-Up Magicians attack ended in Chain Disappearance. Ochsenmaier passed his turn.

...

Ochsenmaier Normal Summoned Wind-Up Rabbit and opted to activate its effect. However, Zuccato activated Chain Disappearance to negate the effect.

I find it difficult to believe people maindeck multiples of this.

Let's assume their computer system's messed up and they meant Fiendish Chain.

Anyways, let's discuss this interesting Side choice.

Why would you ever opt to activate Wind-Up Rabbit upon its summon? =/ Since Rabbit is Spell Speed 2, you should never need to activate it immediately, when you can wait for your opponent's response and then chain Rabbit to whatever they activate, unless you're worried about someone using "Forced Back" against your Rabbit.

Not to mention, Wind-Up Rabbit has over 1000 ATK. So yeah, probably not Chain Disappearance.

Good Point, unless of course its ATK were reduced somehow.

Chain Disappearance doesn't work on Rescue Rabbit if they activated Rabbit upon its summon as Rescue Rabbit isn't on the field to be removed by Chain Disappearance's effect (which also means the ones in the Hand Deck can't be banished either), so Chain Disappearance couldn't chain to Rabbit's effect.

That leaves Inaba White Rabbit, Blade Rabbit, and Dark Rabbit, none of which have effects that activate upon their summons.

So what is that statement talking about?

Referred to what? Because if this is a reply to my post then you could have avoided exposing your scrubbiness by being smart for once and refraining from replying at all.

Oh look, an alt =/

Don't be snippy on the off chance you're not an alt.

TGU, Shark, Magician, Rabbit, Kitten and stuff say hi.

Without Rat the deck can't spam Zenmaity which in turn spams Hunter which is what makes the deck competitive at all instead of being Karakuris 2.0.

Are you seriously this bad? Rhetorical question, don't answer, you are seriously this bad.

I was very on topic. He said that this card completely destroys Wind-Ups and I was refuting that claim. Honestly some people...

Sure it's worse without Rat but it can still win. It isn't over.

He was saying that Chain Disappearance's only use was to stop Wind-Up loops. Everyone started talking about that, then you switched topics. If you'd thrown even a passing mention at what people were actually talking about or prefixed your statement with that you were shifting the topic to that, you would be on-topic and correct that this alt is being very altish. However, as it is you are off-topic.

you are seriously this bad.

That's a pretty bold statement from the guy that can't see a reason to use Chain Disappearance against anything but Wind-ups.
