I like this effect, though. But I dunno... You can use the Fusion monster as Tribute fodder or Xyz/Synchro/Fusion material, and then this card wouldn't be destroyed. And there are several cards in the game that would be able to return this card to your hand.
Basically saying since this card says "When the Special Summoned Monster is [b]destroyed[/b]", and not "[b]Removed from the field[/b]", this card can be a little abusable if played right.

The whole thing about returning it to hand is good. And the picture is f***ing terrible for this effect, but it is the only thing I could find lol (no offense to doomed custom cards, it may work for other cards, just not for this one.)

Im more worried about w/ the Naturia Exterio or whatever it is called lol
