So, like, this is my first card in RC for pretty much a half a year or so.

Card Flavour Text is intentional. Borrowing M:tG mechanics there. More M:tG mechanics borrowed because of its actual effect.

I like it, seems like it could really help you out when your in need of cards or even need cards in your banished zone e.g Helios Monsters.
hmmm... I don't see anything wrong with it, but then again I'm not that great at delving into what brakes cards
