.Rai
So, like, this is my first card in RC for pretty much a half a year or so.
Reveal the top 3 cards of your Graveyard to your opponent then your opponent targets one of those cards; add the targeted card to your hand and banish the other revealed cards. Banish this card from your Graveyard; activate its effect. The effect of “RE: Search” can only be activated once per turn. “It is one thing to create new research, and another to retrace old research.”
Card Flavour Text is intentional. Borrowing M:tG mechanics there. More M:tG mechanics borrowed because of its actual effect. Card Rulings

You must be able to reveal 3 cards from the your Graveyard. If you can only reveal less, this card cannot be activated.
If you activate this card from the Graveyard, you must also fulfil the cost of RE: Search to activate it.
Card Tips

You can use it in Lightsworns as they can fulfil both the standard activating condition as they can get cards into the Graveyard very quickly.
You can use Leviair the Sea Dragon or Return from the Different Dimension to recover Monster Cards banished by this card's effect.
Card Trivia

The name is a pun on the e-mail term, RE:, the word 'search' and the word 'research'.
The card mechanic is a Yu-Gi-Oh! edited version of Flashback from M:tG.
TheEffinZ
I like it, seems like it could really help you out when your in need of cards or even need cards in your banished zone e.g Helios Monsters. hmmm... I don't see anything wrong with it, but then again I'm not that great at delving into what brakes cards 8/
