Not sure how long this explanation has to be in particular with the new Advanced Clause and all, but this is a remake of a card I made 4 years ago, though I've changed the effect to be (obviously) updated with current OCG, and slightly more balanced.

It (somewhat) encourages the use of perhaps some of the Omni-Heroes as well, what with the ability to Tribute Absolute Zero, clear the field, and attack, but I've prevented abuse in that respect by making it so it can't grab Neos Alius from the Graveyard, meaning you have to make your HERO choices slightly more carefully.

I actually have to say this is broken design-wise.

Tribute Ab0 > Raigeki > Get Stratos, Diamond Dude and Bubbleman > Search from Stratos > Overlay for Blade Armor Ninja > Attack twice > End phase, return Stratos to the deck and draw 1 card.

It leads to too many powerful combos that are not healthy for the game sadly. It's just too powerful the way it is, creating insane amounts of advantage.

Luckily, you made it target only effect monsters. So you can't revive Neos Alius, which is what makes this card not broken playability-wise. In fact, it would be the boost HEROes could use to be more competitve. But this could end up being situational as well considering play in a good version of HEROes (which don't even run Diamond Dude).

So, design-wise, it's broken. Playability-wise, it's nice.

the special summoning of 3 HERO monsters effect right there is already broken

if you're not going to allow them for synchro food, you can just use them for tribute summoning

so therefore, just 1 turn on the field makes no difference because 1 turn is all you really need anyways

given that you might as well take the draw 1 card effect out completely
