im sorry if this process is very slow, but i promise we will have a full set in one post soon. anyway, i am dragon fan and have made loads of dragon cards, but only posted 1 (outcast's shadow dragon) , but that one is about to become two! here it is...

It's actually not bad. It's a fairly decent effect, but it needs some refining before it becomes realistic.

Start by capitalizing the first letters of each work in the name.
Second, as it's a level 5 monster, it would not say 'Normal Summoned' but 'Tribute Summoned'.
Finally, You need to do something with the face up spell and traps... are they activating at this point? If so, what happens if the timing is incorrect? Or, are you just looking at them? If so, you need to say something more like "both players reveal all of their face-down Spell/Trap cards to their opponent" so that they can go back face down ready to be activated again.

Otherwise, nice card.

Yeah, just listen to what NeoTwice said, and you got yourself one decent card. This monster should be harder to summon though because the effect is pretty powerful. Try summoning this card by removing two cards from play or just be creative and make an effect that will have the player think a little bit more when s/he is about to summon this card. But anyway, I find this card really creative, and I think you'll be good at card making. Good luck to you :3

Alright, I have an idea for this since it shows a lot of potential. This is what I think..

"When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can activate this effect:
Flip all face-down Spell and Trap cards face-up. Their effects are not activated at this time.
This card cannot attack on the same turn this effect was used."

That makes it a little more balanced. At least I think so.

This card doesn't make sense to me. Are you flipping them face-up so you can just look at them or are they being activated simultaneously? Also you should fix the grammar on the card to where things are capitalized where they are needed. Oh and just maybe the defense should be a little lower but its up to you. I guess it is an okay card besides all of that...
