Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Can only be Special Summoned from the Graveyard with the effect of 'Code A Ancient Ruins'. You can discard this card if you have no other monsters in your hand. Once per turn, Place 1 A-Counter on 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an "Alien" monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter during damage calculation only). When this card battles, during the Battle Step: increase this card's ATK equal to the amount of A-Counters on your opponent's monster x1000. When this card is sent from your field to the Graveyard: You can remove 2 A-Counters from the field; Special Summon this card.

Well, it's pretty bad. It's basically a really situational beatstick than anything else. Aliens don't even run Ancient Ruins unless they're bad. The discard effect will pretty much never be used unless you run a really, really low monster count. Aliens/Alien Rabbit run somewhere between 15-20. It doesn't have protection at all either.

I'd genuinely make it much stronger. It's fine to use Ancient Ruins as its summon condition, but if you are, it should be much stronger. Ideally should have something like protection against targeting or something like that. Beatsticks need protection really.
