You also did very well for the pic, Gandorator, as always I guess the effect of the summoning is a little iffy granted you can do that to ANY monster, but it really depends on WHAT you and your opponent has in the graveyards so, it's situational. It's a very useful effect. Not to mention you can just use it on the Xyz you overlayed, as it'd be in the graveyard when you detach it together with Xyz Reborn, so it's naturally a free +1 Xyz 100% of the time. Let's say you revive a Number 39 Utopia with Xyz Reborn. Xyz Reborn becomes Utopia's Xyz Material, then you Xyz Summon Meteor Bolt with Utopia and Xyz Reborn becoming his xyz materials. Then, you detach both of them, at that time they go to the Graveyard, so you can use Meteor Bolt's effect to Special Summon the Utopia you just sent to the Graveyard. So there you go, in case neither player has anything that useful in their graveyards, just Special Summon the Xyz Monster you revived with your Xyz Reborn just before you summoned this.
