New DARK Monster

Effect : This Monster can not be normal Summoned or Set this Monster can only be summoned by Banishing a DARK Monster and a Fairy-Type Monster from your Graveyard. Every time this Monster Attacks your Opponent Directly Add 600 to its ATK.If you don't have any Cards in your Hand during your second Main-Phase Draw 5 Cards.

As for this card... Drastically overpowered. The thing is that the ATK gain is something of a trivial thing. The thing that makes this overpowered is the fact that you get a free hand refill whenever you decide to enter your Main Phase 2. You can just set your hand and use all of your stuff during your Main Phase 2 instead of keeping them in your hand, then get all of the stuff needed for your next turn as well as a monster with 2400 ATK and your original hand face-down or face-up on the board. This gives far too many resources to be balanced. The summoning requirements are also laughably easy, considering how you could just tech something like Inzektor Agents and suddenly they have a way to +5 out of doing literally nothing. If I was you, I'd change your card to something like this.

"Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 DARK monster and 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is attacked or attacks: It gains 300 ATK until the end of the Damage Step. During your Main Phase 2, if you have no cards in your hand: Draw 1 card."

first off, you shouldn't have said warrior AND fairy on the card like that

what you were supposed to have done was say just one of the types. Then, in the lore, say it's also treated as the other one

this isn't really too difficult to get onto the field

with regards to atk gain part of this effect, I had wanted to say this perm gain and so on is OPed, but then again, the card Emes the Infinity can do something similar anyways

however, the draw power to this certainly is OPed. Getting no cards in your hand isn't all that card, so I would drop the draw power to AT MOST 2 cards.
