eh, I'm sure if you can't use it for xyz it'll just be used for synchro food or something

Personally though, I'm a little unsure with the last effect. Now granted it only becomes Elemental Hero Neos IN NAME and not effect, but it's a bit too easy to pull that off given the fact you can reveal ANY spell card to do it. Maybe make it slightly more specific?

TBH I don't think it's like a Tour Guide, but it's nonetheless good. Using it with Grand Mole is orgasm.
