Sparks should be banned [Kalisheat, Master of Explode]

Based on an old joke from TCG section, it's support for [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Sparks"]Sparks[/url]. Kalisheat as in [url="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Kalish"]Bruce Kalish[/url]. "Master of Explode" is a reference to "I AM MAGNETO, MASTER OF MAGNET" and Kalishplosions. 200 DEF because Sparks does 200 damage, and Rekindling. Kalisplosion because it is "exaggerating" the damage of Sparks.

If you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Once per turn: You can banish your hand; Add a number of "Sparks" from your Deck to your hand equal to the number of cards banished. If you activate "Sparks": Target up to 2 monsters on the field; inflict 200 damage x the target monsters Levels.

Couple of things here:

I don't think a Once per turn is necessary. Also, second part could be "up to the number of cards banished" to make it a little more playable.

I like the use with Rekindling. However, it would make it possible an OTK (8000 damage) by targeting 2 copies of Kalish with 2 copies of Sparks, which doesn't seem [i]that [/i]difficult.

Still, the card is hilarious. I also like the pic.

EDIT: Wait, those effects stack, so... 16000 damage, plus 400 by sparks

I Normal Smmon a monster with 2800 ATK and I dont even need skill drain.........
And this is a Rekindling target lol, but I really like this effects idea, but if anything it wouldnt be used for the effect.

Edit, woops I thought it said opponents monsters only, well this means you Normal Summon an OTK.

Wow, how the hell did I see it as 2800.
But yeah maybe either change it to opponents monsters or change it to 2 different monsters, because you can always use something to get another high level monster and target that.
