SciaSophylax
Banish 1 monster. Banished monster does not treated as a banished monster until it returns. Special summon 2 "Chaotic Clone Tokens" with the same Level, Type, Attribute as the banished monster on the side of the owner of the banished monster, one with ATK of the banished monster in Attack position, one with DEF of the banished monster in Defense position. If both of the tokens gets destroyed, return banished card to the graveyard.
I know, effect could be much shorter but I couldn't find a way to express it in fewer words. It's also my first post in here. Anyway I'm waiting your comments.
seattleite
"Remove one monster from the field" Should be "Banish 1 monster you control." And it should be "you control" because that's what I think you meant. Middle sentences need to be: "Special summon 2 "Chaotic Clone Tokens" with the same Level, Type, Attribute, ATK and DEF as the banished monster, one in Attack position, one in Defense position." Yep, you need to give the ATK and DEF for both, no matter what position they're in. The effect is ok I guess, they could be used for synchro or tribute material. Other than that, not much use in today's game.
SciaSophylax
I wasn't really thinking of today's game because I really don't like this synchro and xyz stuff. Main idea for this card was separating a card's ATK and DEF.
seattleite
It's a cool idea, just that many cards either have high ATK and low DEF or vice-versa, so destroying the tokens by destroying the one with the lower stat makes them more vulnerable. SciaSophylax
Just edited with banish and clearification for tokens side on the field. Effect is same though.
MORPHINGJARFORTHEWIN
I wasn't really thinking of today's game because I really don't like this synchro and xyz stuff. Main idea for this card was separating a card's ATK and DEF.
Still, its pretty much Synchro/Xyz food. I would probably use it for that reason. But I think you should remove the effect of both go down if one is destroyed, and instead have the banished monster return to the graveyard when both are destroyed. If you use Return from the Different Dimension youll have three monsters to sacrifice/Xyz/Synchro. In that way it gives you free monsters, so its OP'ed. So as an added price you should pay some LP or discard some cards.
SciaSophylax
What if I disable the banished card's return while there's a chaos clone token on the field? Edited again.
