So basically you Synchro any old dragon and you get a free Blue-Eyes from your hand, deck, graveyard, OR banished pile with a 500 DEF boost? Im not really sure if you can make it any better/useful(there are buttloads of BEWD/dragon support cards dude). Oh and the first effect makes no sense really..
