Xi-3
Welcome to yugiohcardmaker and the forum. First, when you post images of cards please use the 'Image' button to link the URL for each image, that way your cards appear full-size directly on the page. That would make them easier to view. When you build up lots of cards, you can use spoiler tags so they don't take up a lot of space right away. Spoiler tags are as follows, but in square brackets instead of round brackets: (spoiler)cardURL(/spoiler) So far so good? I think Magna Angemon can be a Level-6 like Chaos Command Magician because even accounting for his ability it's one that depends on a cost. Also, the control is only for one turn, similar to the versions of Evangeline (Negima) that I have made. Omnimon should be a Level-8 on his ATK alone, and on top of that you have his ability to negate card effects (Spells, Traps, and monster effects) by tributing himself only to come back from the Graveyard during your End Phase of the same turn? The return effect could be relegated to a Field or Permanent Spell card. It could be delayed to the Main Phase 1 or 2 turns from now. It could be related to a Lifepoint or card cost. I think it would still require a raising of Level at least to 10 because it effectively negates the tribute in order to negate a card's effect. In my opinion, this card being unavailable for a single Battle Phase would be insufficient to cause a player to reconsider using it because the benefit of negating an effect is too big. Consider the effect of Light and Darkness Dragon (Yu-Gi-Oh: GX manga). It negates the activation of a Spell (not sure about Trap anymore, I just returned the volume) by reducing its own power by 500. Eventually Ryo is able to negate the effect itself with one of his Spell cards, which can return to his hand when he discards another card to the Graveyard from his hand. Something like that is fairly balanced -- again, in my opinion -- although the card's user should be able to choose whether or not the negating effect even happens. That's the reason I wouldn't carry Silent Swordsman Lv7 despite his power.
