I am fairly certain that a good number of these belong in Pop Culture. And "Slime Breeding Machine" belongs in Any Other Cards as a redo of "Jam Breeding Machine".

But, looking at these anyway...

[Ticket Trade-In]
You clog your opponent's field and then activate a powerful effect based on the number of open Monster Card Zones they had? This makes Flash of the Forbidden Spell usable, and abusable. I personally think this card is overpowered, but have no advice on how to balance it.

[Token Exchange]
Uhh... I'm just not going to say anything here.

[Refurbished]
If it weren't for Token Stampede, wouldn't it have been easier to write this card as: "Take control of all monsters your opponent controls until the End Phase."? (If that's not what the card does, your OCG needs work to specify that that's not what it does.) With that said, the current wording on this is incredibly overpowered, and I have no idea on how to balance it.

[Slime Breeding Machine]
Less restrictive version of "Jam Breeding Machine". Nothing else to say.

[Damn, out of Tokens!][sic]
Uhh... Wording is somewhat confusing. Seems balanced, but OCG needs work.

[Light Gunner]
Eh. Seems a little underpowered in terms of stats, but decent.

[Arcade Racer]
SEGA's OutRun. Now that that's out of the way, this card is weak. Low stats for a Lv. 4, and the effect is underwhelming considering the lack of powerful Token monsters, cards in this thread notwithstanding.

[Arcade Fighter]
A one tribute, conditional D.D. Assailant? Pass.

[[strike]D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation[/strike] D.D.R. - Dynamic Dancing Robot]
Tutors Scapegoat when destroyed by battle. Not terrible, but not great either.

[Paku-Paku]
Uhh... Uses Tokens for Burn? Stats are underwhelming and the effect seems weak.

[Mrs. Paku-Paku]
The question here is, why? Is this Side Deck material against Token Stampede.dek? Weak effect, weak stats.

So, card by card analysis, and why did you use the art of Dragonic Tactics for one of your cards?

I edited Refurbished. It's effect basically turns your opponent's monsters into tokens for that turn. I used dragonic tactics because that was the only draw/painted picture i could find of monster statues.

Arcade Racer is meant to boost a powered up token.

Out of Tokens I'm not sure how could make it more simple to read. It's just when the last token you control is destroyed you can destroy 2 cards your opponent controls.

I also edited Arcade Fighter though I only edited it in the spoilers as I'm too lazy right now to change the pics.

Ms. Paku-Paku can be side decked for token stampede decks, but she can also be used for cards that summon tokens to your opponent's field like ticket trade-in and some others i can't think of.

DDR I think is great because it fetches Scapegoat, Fires of Doomsday, Ticket Trade-in, Refurbished, Multiply, etc.
