It was made for a contest, that's why it's a bit...bad.

2 Fiend-Type monsters
When this card is Fusion Summoned successfully, banish 1 of the fusion materials used to summon it: This card gains ATK equal to the original ATK of the banished monster. You can Tribute one Fiend-Type monster you control: Gain Life Points equal to the original ATK of the Tributed monster.

Uuuuuh, no, don't do this.

All this card does is function as a beatstick, and a poor one at that, because Life Points don't matter until they hit zero. If anything, I would take out the Life Point effect for something actually useful.

I can't really tell you what, just don't listen to REvan, his idea is absolutely terrible because the card is underpowered if anything right now, especially being a Fusion Monster.

".. lifepoints dont matter until they hit zero.." however keeping your lifepoints up is important.
And this card is quite strong Ex: original ATK 1000 + Skull Archfiend of Lightning 2500 ATK = 3500 ATK beater...

Life Points don't matter unless you've lost. That's what the game is nowadays. People can win with 8000 Life Points or 800.

No, not really. It helps, and makes a win cleaner, but it's not insanely important. Also, Solemn Warning and Judgment are amazing cards. Why? Because they stop game-winning plays/secure the victory at the cost of things that don't matter.

And that's terrible. No one runs Skull Archfiend and even if they did, this card is still easily stopped by the Big 3 Decks. It has no reason to be run over things that actually do more then be a beatstick. The only GOOD deck that could run this is Dark Worlds, and they have a LOT better things to do with the space, like win the duel.

You've done nothing to prove your point. All the card is a beatstick and all the monsters you listed are bad. No one runs either of those.

The only good "Fiend" deck is Dark Worlds, and they don't have the space to waste time on this guy. The card is pretty much useless now, because a beatstick is just bad in this format. We have Inzektors, Dino Rabbit, and Wind-Ups, all of which have easy outs to this guy, one of which being the most commonly run Trap Card in the game, Fiendish Chain, Effect Veiler, not to mention Inzektors would nuke the guy with Hornet, Dolkka and Laggia would kill him cold, and Wind-Ups would need a little more, but they could do it just the same. It's not a good card except for very, very casual play.
