But it's not a badly designed card, just that the other, existing ones outclass this one a lot. Let me fix the OCG: When a Dragon-Type monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle, activate one of the following effects:[list] [*]Gain Life Points equal to the DEF of the destroyed monster on the field; [*]Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monster's Level x200.
