Well, in practice, I'd not use it because we have Ancient Fairy Dragon and Black Rose Dragon which are much better than this. But it's not a badly designed card, just that the other, existing ones outclass this one a lot.

Yes, but if i'de make more powerful then those people would say o'p, in RC if we make a card there will be always an card to do a better job..
