Check here: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Fiendish_Engine_Ω As of now there is no card that starts with a symbol like that but Konami has but it on the end of a card, they can always put it on the front. [/quote] They most definitely could put it at the front of the name, just as a card could be called "ZZZ", but there aren't any yet, and the last card alphabetically currently should be Zure, Knight of Dark World.
